I like the directions and troubleshooting information. Honestly it was as easy as unlocking the small mouth attachment to use on wide mouth mason jars and press a button wait till it stops (on its own). No worrying about counting the seconds. Quick wipe down and then reattach the smallmouth attachment put back in the box. It only took about 45 minutes to become fully charged to be able to use. -

Works as expected
The bag of chowmein noodles filled 3 pints and a jelly jar. ( I had to wash the 4 th one first so not pictured). I end up tossing stale noodles so hoping this will keep them fresh. I got a big bag of craisins and also sealed them. The ones in the jar are still plump. Even closing the zip lock bag they came in the rest are getting dry. Also sealed up dry beans and split peas to add shelf life.
